SMS Opt-in Enhancements
To help keep your team compliant with evolving SMS regulations, Anyone Home now requires prospects and residents to explicitly opt in before receiving SMS communications.

Email and SMS Notification Settings Expansion
Ready, Set, Notify! Pop-notifications and dashboard bell alerts can now be enabled independently for inbound email and SMS communications. The previous Allow SMS/Email Pop-up Notifications setting has been divided into four separate settings:
- Allow Email Pop-up Notifications
- Allow SMS Pop-up Notifications
- Note: SMS pop-notifications now appear in green, making them easier to distinguish and prioritize.
- Show Unread Email Alerts
- Show Unread SMS Alerts
To configure these settings, navigate to Preferences > Notifications in Anyone Home.
New Tour Reminder Pop-up
Keep an eye on upcoming tours! Anyone Home users can now enable pop-notifications for upcoming agent-assisted tours. When Allow Tour Reminder Pop-up Notifications is enabled, users can select how many minutes before a tour the notification appears. The reminder displays key prospect details, helping agents prepare quickly and access the guest card with ease.
To configure this setting, navigate to Preferences > Notifications > Pop-up Notification Settings.
Admin Account-level Proration Settings
Set the Standard! Anyone Home Admins can now configure default proration settings across their property portfolio from Settings > Quote > Quote Settings, including both proration enablement and calculation method.
Note: Property-level proration settings will continue to override portfolio-level defaults.
Reporting
Enhanced Lead Details Report Filters
Filter Smarter! The Realtor Inquiry, Affordable Inquiry, and Resident Referral filters in the Lead Details report are now multi-select dropdowns that default to all options selected, making it easier to view all leads.
Integrations
Encasa Lead Score Visibility
Score at a Glance! Encasa Lead Scores are now available inside Anyone Home. Imported Lead Scores can be viewed directly on a lead’s guest card, and Anyone Home users can also review all Lead Scores using new column and filter options on Lead listing views.
